A Unique Valentine Gift Idea
In the heart of the season…
Flowers, chocolates and Teddy Bears. Traditional Valentine’s Day. And if I might add, they tend to get overpriced every February because of the demand.
There was a time that I had what I consider the most unique gift I have ever give. I got it from my best friend Regie, who I think got it from another friend. Though I gave I did not give it on a Valentines Day, if you are looking for a unique gift, this might count as one. And it’s not expensive.
What you need is a regular sized corn chip or similar snack, like Chippy or Clover Chips and a bag of fried peanuts or Boy Bawang.
1. Open the corn chip package from the bottom, taking care not to disfigure or destroy the packaging.
2. Remove the contents into a plate. Eat your heart out.
3. Fill the empty package with the peanuts or cornick.
4. Reseal it. If memory serves me right, transparent tape should do the trick. Just make sure that the package is airtight.
5. Give the gift. Best served with fresh coconut juice.
If done just right, get ready with your camera and capture the moment for posterity.
Just a little fun this Valentine’s Day.
